For fear of not getting killed by my best friend, who has constantly been disturbing me to start this challenge (God bless her ❤️), I’m really doing this. I can’t escape it.
Before I dive right in, so you all don’t get confused,because I was with this topic at first (I was there thinking Mac and cheese, Apple pie, etc. ) – I googled the meaning of comfort foods and this was what I got:
– Food that provides consolation or a feeling of well-being, typically having a high sugar or carbohydrate content and associated with childhood or home cooking.-
And after reading it, the first food that came to mind was ‘noodles’! Indomie noodles, onion chicken flavor to be precise!
Growing up, noodles was a famous food in our household, basically because it’s so easy to prepare(I remember, it’s the first food I learnt to cook), and I can eat it at anytime…breakfast, lunch, midnight snack, when I’m sick, tired, sleepy. ANYTIME!
I was wondering if I should put up a description on how to cook noodles, or not.

The nutritional value isn’t really great though, its very high in sodium content and it contains 20g of fat and 54g of carbs. It does contain protein and some vitamins, in small quantities… but like my mum would say, “Something must kill a man.”

Well guys, that’s pretty much all about my comfort food. It may change later on, but for now, Indomie noodles is BAE.
