However, September is about new beginnings for me, new school year, new season(hello, sweater weather), and its the last quarter of the year. Seriously, how fast does time fly?!
I thought to share a few inspiring ideas and activities to put on your monthly bucket list.
Without further ado, here are 4 simple things to try this month..
- Organize your workspace : A clean and organized workspace gives you a better chance to think properly and work more efficiently. Be it at home, school or even in the office.
- Make an effort to sleep earlier each night : I spent all summer sleeping at 6am and waking up at 1pm, which made me so unproductive on most of the days. Now that September is here, school has begun and that means early to bed, early to rise.
- Reconnect with an old friend : I think this is important too because I spent all summer hanging out with new people, I forgot about my old buddies and the ones who once made me feel special. Pick up the phone and call an old friend. You’ll be happy with the outcome, I promise!
- Practice Kindness: Ask yourself…“How much kindness can I give today?” A random act of kindness spreads love and it’ll make you feel good!
