Hey lovelies! this is a sort of repost from 5 months ago, and since it’s the winter period right now, I’m sure these will come in handy! don’t forget to leave your thoughts!
With so much going on in the skincare world, there’s one part of the body that’s often overlooked: the lips. Just like the rest of the skin, our lips are in major need of proper Tender Love and Care, especially if you want them looking plump and kissable ..like mine :p

Chap stick / Lip balm with high SPF.
Using a product which contains SPF on your lips can help protect you in two ways. First, because the sun ages skin (especially the lips, beacause of its thinness), the sunscreen in the product keeps your lips feeling and looking healthy and vibrant. Second, skipping the sun protection in your lip products puts you at an increased risk of getting skin cancer or another skin condition…and we don’t want that.
2. Lip gloss
Lip gloss is great when you want to add more volume and shine to the lips (hey ladies.. wink) . We love to be fabulous, even better when we’re fabulous with a lip gloss,SPF included. It could even be colored too-you gotta have options 😉.
3. Sugar.
Don’t worry, I’m not saying you should apply sugar on your lips and just walk out of the house (although that doesn’t seem like a bad idea, now that I think about it..). Anyway, sugar is good as a scrub to make those lips soft and smooth.
How to make a sugar scrub: In a small bowl, or even in the palm of your hands, mix a teaspoon of brown sugar with just enough honey (or olive oil) to get it to stick together. Once a week (twice, maximum!),rub the scrub onto your lips, massaging it with enough force to loosen the dead skin. Let it sit for 1 minute, and then wipe off with a damp washcloth. Apply lip balm after use.
And there you go! soft supple lips for daysssss!
Do you have any other ideas for achieving soft, kissable lips?? Do you own any of these products?
